Pizza

 

With regret, we’ve had to take pizzas off the menu for now….

 

Regrettably, we’ve had to pull pizzas from the menu due circumstances beyond our control. 

 

The May Day Café, which has been hand-making our Napoli-style pizza crusts for the last 3 years has decided it can no longer do so. 

 

Their long-time pastry chef has left and as a result they’ve had to adjust their wholesale business volumes. 

 

Unfortunately this means they can not continue to provide us with the same high quality product for the foreseeable future.   

 

As a result we felt it was best to adjust our menu until we’ve found a pizza crust that meets the expectation already set and enhances the quality of our pizzas. 

 

We don’t want to disappoint … and we also don’t want to sacrifice quality or taste in the short-term.  It was a tough decision for sure. 

 

Pizzas will be back…they’ll be better than ever
